★★★★★ About a year ago my daughter, who had thin straight hair since she turned 2 and started growing hair, hit that oh so fun stage in every child and parents life. Puberty. One night my sweet girl went to bed a child with thin straight hair and woke up the next morning with this thick, wild, CURLY!!!! mass on top of her head. It looked like Medusa had hatched. Yeah, apparently that's a thing that can happen. Her hair had gone crazy. We have spent the last year fighting this curly monstrosity and loosing. The mats that she now develops because no brush seemed equal to the task of getting through her hair. There have been many tears shed over this thing, both hers and mine. We have broken 4 hair brushes trying to get it untangled. At one point she, in desperation cut a gigantic chuck off. We tried using a pick and alas it got stuck... or eaten by her hair. It's been horrible. Until now. About a week ago at Walgreens of all places, as we were trying to pick out another brush because yet again the one she was using broke in her hair, a young lady stopped us to comment on my daughter's mane. They got talking about how hard it is to brush, how she can't get through all of it and how no brush seems to hold up. Well this young lady suggested the wet brush. She also has curly hair and she said it was amazing. So I quickly jumped on Amazon, saw it was under $7, thought to myself there's no way this brush will work bust screw it it's only $7. OMG this brush is AMAZING. It combs through her hair with zero problems. She says it doesn't even pull! I can't believe it. For the first time in a year my wild thing has fully brushed and manageable hair. I honestly didn't think it was possible. She loves this brush. I love this brush. If you have any issues with tangled hair I definitely recommend this brush. It's a life changer.

★★★★☆ I have curly hair and since i took the decision of leaving my hair natural i've been looking for a brush which could detangle my hair easily, fast and without causing it any damage. I had seen the brush all over social media and lots of beauty influencers recommended it but i wasn't sure about buying it. My sister tried it and told me to try it because she liked it a lot. Finally i bought it and i have to say that is one of the best hair detangling brushes that i have ever used. It detangles my curly hair in less than 20 minutes (we have to take on consideration that my hair tangles a lot and that i detangle my hair sectioning it and i spend about 5 to 10 minutes on each section, which gives me most of the time a one hour detangling process). I had tried other brushes as the Tangle teezer and the Denman Brush but none of them could detangle my hair as fast as this one. It seems like a fragile brush and as it is not going to detangle hair textures like mines but it does. This brush has to be magical. I'm super happy with it.13 people found this helpful

★★★★★ By far the best wet brush I have ever used. I have waist length curly thick hair. I’ve used many wet brushes and this is the best one. It detangles with minimal to no breakage of hair much quicker than other brushes. I was skeptical at first because the bristle were much softer and gentler on my scalp. My head is happy and so are my curls.

★★★★★ I have long, fine hair. I've been using the original wet brush (and the mini) for years, and they're already a vast improvement over regular brushes and combs. But they do still cause some hair breakage and can be a pain to clean. The Pro Flex Wet Brush is another leap forward! The flexible body means there is even less breakage than with the original brush - almost none! And the open sides mean it will be easy to clean whatever makes it into the brush. The colors are also very pretty! So I ordered a couple more and will be replacing my original brushes with the pro flex.Note!! I've seen a couple reviews showing a broken brush that just snapped. I can easily imagine that happeing if you have thick hair or severe tangles. The brush head is essentially one thin piece of plastic bent back on itself. That's what gives it flexibility, but it also won't withstand a lot of stress, and probably very little torque. I think this particular style is probably best for thin or fine hair.Also, do not blow dry your hair with this brush. As indicated in other reviews, the bristles will melt. The WET BRUSH is good for people who leave their hair wet after a shower to air-dry naturally.The only down side I can see immediately is I know everything in my purse is gonna get hooked on the open sides of the brush and may even cause it to break when I pull it out of my purse. So I may end up looking for a baggie to put the brush in.

★★★★☆ I got this at the recommendation of a friend and am very happy with it. I use it to help distribute product through my wet hair and occasionally as I dry my hair to get higher volume. It's easy to handle and seems to be gentle on my fine, occasionally fragile hair. I've noticed no unusual breakage.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I noticed that one of the bristles inexplicably bent at a 90° angle. I keep this brush in a drawer. It is not crowded or pressed upon by other items, so I don't know why the bristle bent. I tried to straighten it and got it sort of back where it belonged, but I think it is permanently bent. While I understand that the bristles need to be flexible to be gentle on wet hair, to have it bend like that under normal use for someone with thin, fine hair is disappointing.

★★★★★ I bought 3 of these brushes and I have 3 girls. My youngest daughters hair gets in tangled knots and now she brushes her own hair and lets me brush it too because it doesn’t hurt her. It is very easy to pull the hair out and I will buy more because brushes disappear in my house! My friend was over when they arrived in the mail and she took one home to try on her 3 year olds hair and her daughter doesn’t scream and cry when she brushes her hair out now! Great product for a great price!!
